At Show Kase Collectibles, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item isn't the perfect addition to your collection, we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unopened packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and photos of the item to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack with Care

  Securely package your collectible in its original shipping box or a similar protective container to ensure it arrives back to us in mint condition.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our curators inspect the item's condition, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
