Every item at Show Kase Collectibles undergoes a rigorous multi-point inspection by our in-house experts. We also partner with leading third-party authentication services for high-value items to guarantee 100% authenticity.
How are items packaged for shipping?
We understand the importance of mint condition. All orders are packed using heavy-duty boxes, bubble wrap, and corner protectors to ensure your collectibles arrive in the exact condition they left our warehouse.
What is your return policy for graded items?
We offer a 14-day return window for most items. However, professionally graded items (PSA, BGS, CGC) must remain in their original tamper-evident slabs to be eligible for a refund.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship to over 50 countries worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of the package.
Can I track my order once it has been placed?
Once your order is processed and dispatched, you will receive an automated email containing your tracking number and a link to follow your package's journey in real-time.
